We work tirelessly with every client in the event of a property claim. As many of our real estate clients know, maintaining good tenant relations during building renovations can become a very difficult task. Sallop has worked diligently to assist our clients with communication, helping create dialogue between carriers, tenants, building owners, and vendors. 

For the two months following a significant water damage loss, Sallop participated in a client’s weekly, out-of-state, claim meetings. Our participation allowed the client to remove himself from negotiations and ultimately maintain a positive relationship with the claimant.

In order to help our clients meet their goals, we work alongside them during due diligence, underwriting, and claims review. We review all open claims in order to determine rightful ownership—in many cases there is a third party to whom the claims can be tendered. Without this attention to detail these claims would adversely impact our clients' claims experience.

We develop training programs that include our clients’ senior management teams, identify risk, and find solutions that lead to improved liability claims experience. Our clients range in size and holdings, and include a firm whose assets have grown from $20 million to over $7 billion today.
